"We planned the entire wedding ourselves, so, as our day-of coordinator, Abby had a huge task keeping everything organized and connecting the dots between our unrelated vendors. We met with Abby a few weeks prior to the wedding and she came prepared with detailed questions about the timeline, events, vendors, and small details that would need to be taken care of.
Abby is accessible, organized, and communicative. We left that meeting feeling better about our plans and confident that Abby would be able to help make things run smoothly.
We had our ceremony at one location and the reception at another and Abby helped make the transition seamless. From last-minute setup of the reception area, wrangling family members to make sure people were in the right place at the right time, ensuring food was put out on time and in the proper location, to finalizing payments, Abby was a dependable resource and maintained a positive attitude throughout. I honestly don't even know the extent of what Abby did, which is the point of a good coordinator!
Everything was timely, vendors got paid, and everyone had a great time. I highly recommend Abby!"
